What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
What is your refund policy?
Annual plan subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their initial payment. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account settings to prevent future charges. Billing disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. See our full Refund Policy.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available for all plans and saves you the equivalent of two months compared to monthly billing.
Can I use TR Global for multiple marketplaces?
The Starter plan covers one marketplace of your choice. Growth and Pro plans include all three marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy and Shopify).
