Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for services purchased from Societatea cu Răspundere Limitată „SQUARE COMPANY GROUP” (“SQUARE COMPANY GROUP,” “we,” “us” or “our”). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions.

1. Overview

We are committed to client satisfaction and to delivering professional work that meets the scope agreed for each engagement. We understand that circumstances can change, so we have set out below a clear and fair framework for refunds. If you have any concern about a service you have purchased, we encourage you to contact us first — in most cases we can resolve the issue directly.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided that work on your service has not yet commenced. As long as we have not started preparing, planning or producing your deliverables, your payment is fully refundable within this window.

3. Non-refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Once work on the service has started, including research, planning, strategy or production.
  • For services that have already been completed and delivered.
  • For consultation sessions that have already been held.
  • For third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (for example, advertising spend or stock assets).
  • Where more than 7 days have passed since payment.

Where work has only partially commenced, any refund will be assessed on a pro-rata basis, reflecting the work already performed and any third-party costs incurred.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at ssquarecompanygroup@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order ID (shown at checkout and in your payment confirmation).
  • The name and email used for the purchase.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We may contact you for additional details in order to process your request.

5. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that, after we issue a refund, your bank or card provider may require additional time before the funds appear on your statement.
